CI/CD Teamleader Bratislava (Slovakia) (m/w/d)

We are seeking for our Key-Client in TELCO, Bratislava (Slovakia) location: Bratislava (Slovakia), language: English (Slovak is not required).

Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing a team responsible for implementing and maintaining the Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CICD) processes.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and implement CICD best practices and standards.
• Overseeing the design, development, and implementation of CICD pipelines and automation frameworks.
• Ensuring the availability, scalability, and reliability of CICD infrastructure and tools.
• Monitoring and optimizing CICD processes to improve efficiency and reduce time-to-market.
• Mentoring and coaching team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and align CICD strategies accordingly.
• Managing and prioritizing multiple projects and initiatives within the CICD domain.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to CICD.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in leading and managing teams in the CICD domain.
• Strong knowledge of CICD principles, tools, and best practices.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation languages such as Shell, Python, or PowerShell, etc.
• Experience with CICD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, etc.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Experience with CICD among cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or Google Cloud.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Salary: up to 350 EUR
• Location: Bratislava
• 50% office, 50% homeoffice
